- 500 liter Tea Mix
- 1 liter air mineral
1.30 PM -MAKAN TENGAHARI
- 1/2 senduk brown rice
- 1 ekor ikan bakar + 2 sudu besar kicap sambal
- 1 senduk pecal + 2 sudu besar kuah kacang
- 1 biji buah epal + 1 biji buah pear
- 500ml tea mix
- 1 liter air mineral
4.00 PM - TEA TIME
- 1/2 potong burger
- 1/2 gelas air sprite
9.00 PM - MAKAN MALAM
- 4 scoop F1 + 400ml air mineral
- 300ml Tea Mix
- 500 ml air mineral
